Michael Robertson’s love for pizza started - like most of us - in his childhood, making pizza at home with his Italian grandfather.

But as he grew older, that love turned to passion: a calling to become a great pizzaiolo himself. Michael left home for Napoli, to train with Enzo Coccia and Davide Bruno at La Notizia Pizzeria - the first pizzeria in the world to be recognized by Michelin.

After a rigorous education in the science and art of pizza-making, Michael returned, certified by Enzo Coccia, with a Mission in mind: to take his passion on the road. He brought the technique and skill he learned in Italy back home… to a 16-foot trailer with a custom-made Marra Forni pizza oven in tow.

Today, Michael is available to bring a taste of Naples straight to your door. Whether it’s a private party, event, or gathering, Michael is on call: ready to fire up the oven, toss the dough, and serve you and your guests the best Neapolitan-style Pizza you’ve ever experienced.
